Noise Comments and Complaints

To help us identify a specific aircraft we need as much detail about your observation as possible. Please provide the date and time of the event; aircraft description e.g. aeroplane or helicopter, colour, size, high wing or low wing, number of engines; and a brief description of what was seen and reason for the complaint.

Once submitted, complaints are forwarded to the Air Traffic Service so that if it is appropriate to take action this can be done without delay. Complaints are also brought to the attention of the Aerodrome Operator and reported to the Consultative Committee. Complaints may be shared with the Civil Aviation Authority and the Department for Transport.
